App Store question in iOS 11

I noticed after downloading iOS 11 the new App Store changes. I'm having trouble finding all the apps that you have downloaded to your phone before, even if you aren't currently using some of them. I think it was on the top of the Update page in iOS 10, there was a button that said Purchased, and it showed everything you have ever downloaded....now I'm not finding that? Does anyone know where this is now?

Open AppStore, in the upper right of the screen you’ll see your avatar/photo/ grey icon. Tap that. Tap Purchased.

I have no clue why Apple did this but I don’t miss the feature personally.
