So after upgrading to iOS 11 I happen to want to share a picture. I noticed that the green message icon is missing from the send to/sharing list from the photos app. Email is still there, but no messages. My wife’s iPhone was also upgraded but she still has the message option.

I can, however, open messages and then pick a photo from there.

Did you try a hard reset (reboot)?
If that doesn't work, try Reset All Settings.
    Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.

Have you found a resolution? I'm having the same issue on my device. I've tried all the normal stuff such as reboot device, turn imessage/mms off and on but no luck. A full reset seems to be a bit like killing a fly with a sledge hammer to me.

I did find a solution, but it wasn't the most desirable one - I had to wipe the device and start over from new. There's clearly a setting somewhere that got blown away that prevents it from showing up because restoring from a backup also caused it to disappear..

Does every one here have MDM profile set up? That is a consistent finding in beta releases

I would guess that is my issue as well as I do have MDM profiles.

Same exact problem here! Apple suggested a full reset and setup as new device. Not going there yet.
