PDF note app that recognizes and converts handwriting

Thanks for you excellent reviews! I am looking to save paper by using an annotation app on the iPad to edit large PDF documents by hand (stylus). After much research, I'm looking at PDF Expert, Good Notes, or Liquid Text. I want the best of them to recognize my handwritten annotations and convert them back into text, so that I can then transfer those edits back to Word, eventually into Scrivener. Is this possible with the above? Or should I just set up the annotated PDF on the iPad next to my laptop and transfer those edits the old-fashioned way?

I don't do a lot of PDF. Hopefully someone else will know about this. Good luck with it.
