TouchBar onscreen feedback

When I first got my TouchBar MacBook Pro and set it up, it would give me an onscreen popup view of the TouchBar, when the TouchBar was activated. I'm not sure what I did now, but that went away. I liked it because of the visual feedback of the TouchBar and my vision is poor. Can you, please, help me get it back?
