Storage not enough for photo

My I phone 5s tells me I don't have enough storage to take a photo. I deleted everything I possibly could but still don't have enough storage

Hello there, can you please take a screenshot of your iPhone storage? There might not be enough space or it could be a software problem.

You may have a lot of "other" taking your space. You might need to restore your 5s via iTunes on computer.

Delete your apps and reinstall them. This will delete the documents and data that goes with them that apple loses in “other”

If that fails you may well need to backup and restore which will restore your essential data but not fill other with the rubbish it’s currently filled with.
