Are you satisfied with Time Machine as a backup solution ?

I wanted to know if you are satisfied with the time machine backup that comes on Mac .

Is there anything that you're missing in the application ? I am a developer and working on a backup application for Mac.

I would really appreciate your inputs. Please let me know if you want to have any specific features.
