Why i cannot open some apps, cannot update all apps and cannot download all apps? 😭

I had reset phone but it is still not work. I still cannot open some apps like youtube, yahoomail and others apps.I had try to update the apps but i cannot update the apps. I had delete the apps and try to reinstall it but unfortunately, I cannot download new apps. Please help me.

Please register in so we can better help you. Are all the problems with the App Store? When you say you can not open some apps, do you mean they will not launch on the home screen, or something else?
What kind of reset did you do? Have you tried Reset All Settings?
Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.
