    Hi,

I'm trying to edit the birthday on my Apple ID account. Once I log in I am able to make the edit but when I go to apply the change I'm immediately taken back to the Apple ID login page. When I log back in the change is never saved. I've been messing around with this for hours. Here is some additional information.

I have a Mac laptop, iPad and iPhone.
I updated all my devices the most recent operating system - thinking this might be the culprit.
I think I have logged out of Apple ID from all these devices - thinking this might be the culprit.
None of my devices are appearing on the Apple ID page
This issue happens in Safari, Firefox and Chrome - Laptop
This issue happens in Safari - iPad

At this point I not only make the change but also understand why this keeps happening so I can avoid it in the future. Thanks

    Hi there,
It seems like you've tried to fix the problem in different ways. I would recommend contacting Apple Support and hopefully they'll be able to assist you via Live Chat. I'm sure that Apple Support will be able to fix this problem for you
