Apple Watch not recording Outdoor Walk time accurately

I've gone for numerous 30+ min walks over the course of the last week and none of the recorded times show more than 13 minutes of exercise. I've tried un-pairing/re-pairing (as recommended by numerous threads wrt: this problem on the internet) and it does not affect the outcome. Have any of you had this problem?

I have not. Since you've made your rounds on numerous threads on the internet and still haven't found a solution may I suggest going to an Apple Store if possible. You may have a faulty Apple Watch. Please feel free to join iMore and visit many of the Apple Watch threads to see if there is a solution to your problem.
