Re the header I have 2013 MacBook PRo running Sierra 10.12.5. Installed an Evo 850 SSD Drive and have enabled TRIM. So Memory Clean,Memory Manger or Dr. Cleaner's Cache management Apps...Do they actually do anything Re speeding up one's system or am I just cluttering up my Menu Bar?
    TIA,
    J

I’m not familiar with the aforementioned apps and I’ve never had to use a memory manager on my MacBook over the years. Still, I hope members who are familiar with those apps will reply soon.
