Ipad Pro 10.5 - Apple Pay and Time

Hi

I have just brought the 10.5" Ipad Pro in the last week but have 2 issues

1, My time will not set itself automatically, i have checked my location services and everything is turned on but all i get is a spinning wheel under timezone. yes i can set it manually but any ideas or thoughts as to why or how to get it to auto detect like it should.

2. Wallet and Apple Pay will not allow me to add my credit card that is linked to my itunes account and has successfully been added to my wallet on my iphone. All it says is please try again later or contact bank provider

any thoughts ?

Apple’s System Status page isnt displaying any problems at this time so I recommend one or both of the following.

1. Simply reboot your iPad
2. Go into the Settings and then reset all settings.

i did try both those Just_Me_D

neither were successful

on a side note with Apple Pay issue i checked my icloud account on the web and under my Ipad Pro it sayst hat particular card is suspended. Anyone know what that means or how i get it fixed for my ipad ?

like i say that same card set up fine in my iphone since i discovered the issue
