Allergic reaction?

So yesterday I got a kinda big red spot on my neck (it looks like I'm sunburned).
My mom said it might be because of creams that I'm using but I don't use any creams at all I just use some special creams every morning and night for my acne and pimples which I know they should not cause allergic reactions since I've used them now for 1 month so what could it be??

I am so sorry Ann88 I certainly can not help you and not sure if anyone on the iMore forums could I think possibly you should go to you doctor for professional advice and Best of luck to you with your problem .
