iPhone 7 won't connect to a specific wi-fi

Hello! I'm having trouble using the wi-fi when i go to my friend's house. He connects his laptop wirelessly with no problems so the connection is not an issue. I can only use Facebook but all other apps (including the browser) behave as if i don't have internet. Also i used to connect with no problem but i don't think anything has changed on my phone, neither in settings or updates. I can connect to any other wi-fi with no problem. What could be the issue?
