I just got my SE two weeks ago, and I think this is normal but if you try to move the mute switch to the bottom but not totally to the bottom, but do it really really really really really slowly the phone goes into silent mode but the switch is a little bit up. Under normal use it's 100% fine but only if you do it like super super slow motion. So is this normal?

As far as I know I would say this is normal 😃 I think the phone registers the switch has moved before it actually hits 'the bottom'. Just speeds up the process a couple milli seconds.

Unless the switch is actually loose, or jammed I wouldn't worry about it. Hope you enjoy your new iPhone!

That's normal. You can't have a switch that does not allow for a little variation of when it initiates.

Sounds normal for the ring/silent switch. If it bothers you, you can control it with Assistive Touch in Accessibility.
