Help! My watch is messed up.

I have had my watch less than a week and I went to put it on today and everything is huge and I tried to turn it off and I can't because the screen is so large it hides the power button. Should I send it back where I got it?

You can also turn it off by holding the button down (not the crown). I suggest holding down the crown and button at the same time until the Apple logo appears and release to reboot....and no your settings will not be affected.

I agree with Spencerdl. A hard reset as he has instructed should resolve the issue.
