my notification slide down is stuck down

i cant power down because its in the way and my home button doesnt work what do i do

Welcome to iMore! You'll probably have to wait until your battery dies and your phone powers down. Keep the display on as much as possible to shorten the process.

It may be helpful to enable AssistiveTouch in Settings > General > Accessibility once you're back up and running.
