How do I get rid of this annoying clicking sound?

Ever since last night I've picked up on a weird clicking noise coming from the speaker at the bottom and top of my phone. It is a though something is clicking inside my phone. It sounds like a geigar counter if that's any help and only occurs when the screen is unlocked. It's only really hearabel when you put it to your ear but it seems a it odd. Anyone else encountered this issue? I damaged my phone screen recently but I had it repaired by Apple.

Go to your Settings-->General-->Sounds and scroll to the bottom and there is a setting there to turn off clicks on your iPhone

I would take it back to Apple and have them look things over again. You shouldn't be hearing a clicking sound when putting the phone up to your ear.
