How to restore size of Emojis window?

I (somehow) accidentally maximized the Emojis and Symbols window. It doesn't behave like a traditional Mac window and isn't tied to a specific app, and I can't grab one of the corners to resize it. The yellow minimize button is missing and the green zoom/fullscreen button does nothing when clicked. I tried logging-out and logging back in to my Mac (minus a full restart) with no luck. I really would like to get the window back to its "normal" size. Maybe there is some preference I can reset or pref file that can be wiped and then will re-generate itself?

Any ideas anybody?
