wifi and data cannot use

My iphone 5 was upgraded and simcard was no problem,but still cannot connect to data and wifi while i'm outside, mobile data is on, airplane mode is unable, tried to reboot but still cannot solve it. Please help.

2nd, while using wechat video call, my phone auto reboot also.

Have you perhaps any VPN apps in use or proxy set up on your device?
The easiest way to solve your issue is to go to Settings > General > Reset and then do a Reset Network Settings.
