I bought this phone and the guy forgot the code telus told me to go to apple itune and reset the phone but i cant find that the phone is locked when you go to reglage and then restriction then you need a code that i dont have how do i ereased that code

There is no way to get past it. The previous owner will need to give you that information. Otherwise it will be just a paperweight.
