Transfer videos onto PC from TV App on iPhone

A friend transferred some videos she took onto my iphone. However they were not transferred into my normal photos/videos app but rather into the TV app. They are in a folder titled "Home Videos". They are taking up a lot of space and I want to transfer them off my iphone and onto my PC. However when I connect my iphone to my computer, I can't locate the videos in the TV folder anywhere. How do I make them available to transfer?
