Is it possible to access data that has been created by an App?

Hi,
I am trying to find out if it possible to extract the additional data that is the result of one of the Apps that I have downloaded? The App itself is 14.8 MB, but the actual file size is 473 MB, which is additional media that has been downloaded so that it an be viewed offline.

Welcome to iMore! If the "additional media" is not shown within the app, then it's probably cache. What app do you refer to? What kind of media? How do you know there's anything to view? Were there directions in the App? Where do you see the file size?
