I would like to exchange a Wacom spark for an iPen for the Apple iPad Pro. How do I do the exchange?

The spark does not do what I thought it would. It's too difficult for me. I have some disabilities. I just want to exchange order # W429147790 for the pen.

I had emergency surgery and was in the hospital, along with disability issues, it has taken me this long to decide what to do. I tried the spark only 3-4 times. It is still like new. One page was used.
