Facebook Messenger now uses Apple's Callkit. It behaves similar to cellular calls. They should show a tiny VoIP label under the name in the call log. They won't go on your cellular phone bill. You can check your billable cellular calls on your cellular carrier website account.

It's Facebook messenger and I do not see tiny VoIP label under name ... I see name and audio call under name

Ok. Audio call labels it then. It's still a voIP call. Your carrier doesn't charge you for that. It's like I have Voice calling with Comcast. It's wifi only. I can use it on home phone and I have it connected to my iPhone as well. But Verizon doesn't charge me for it. It showing in your call log is an Apple thing, not your carrier. It's part of the Callkit Facebook Messenger uses.
