Why can't I get rid of these emails?

150 of my junk emails magically ended up in my inbox and when I try to move them back to junk or just trash them I can't, if they do disappear they are back the next time I open my email!

What type of email account are you using? I've found it's helpful to log into your email account from a computer to see if the issue is replicated there as well. Attempt to delete the emails from there and see if the issue persists.
