the battery jumped to 100%

I charged my iPhone 7 to 95% and then unplugged it! and after that when i restarted my iPhone the battery jumped to 100%, why this happened? how to fix this?

I don't know. It's possible that it's a glitch of some sort. If you think something is defective, make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store.

Most likely the % indicator, rather than a battery issue. I've seen it jump on my 6s Plus a few times. Usually only 1 or 2 %.
