Refund on bad itunes card

I bought an itunes card and the stripping on the back is missing. Its a $100 card. I can't use it. Can i be refunded??

Welcome to iMore! We are not affiliated with Apple and can't help you directly. I recommend contacting Apple Support and talking to them. I had a similar issue a few years back and they were able to use other information to locate my code for me.

Another option would be to contact the store where you bought it. You should have a receipt or an activation receipt. They may be able to give you another card. I gave my niece a google play card for her birthday last September, and it the stripping on the back was messed up. My sister in law called the store, gave them the information on the activation receipt, and they were given another card number, which worked without a problem.
