So as I was buying Fallen (album) I noticed that the cover photo looks much more vibrant on the Lebanese Store than on the US and Canadian app stores. Why is that the case? I'm just scared that there may be a difference in sound quality or something because the cover photo looks slightly different

The audio quality should be the same. The album art might be different depending on the location though.

Yeah, differences in album covers have always been there even on CD's, it varies depending in the country/region, like the previous poster said. I doubt sound quality is going to vary.
