Error code 1671 - I'm stuck while restoring iTunes

I'm getting 'an unknown error occured (1671)' while trying to update my iPhone. Anyone know what that means and how to fix it?

Apple is having issues with some iCloud and other services per Apple - Support - System Status -- try again later.
