Apple TV Error

Hi Guys, I keep getting " an error occured loading this content" everytime i try to watch purchased movies on my Apple Tv, i tried restarting, reset. nothing seems to be working

How long has this been happening? Do you have restrictions enabled that could affect playback? Have you tried contacting Apple Support? Please join the iMore a Forums to reply in this thread. Thank you.
