Can I get people on iPhone 6 and mini iPad 2 if I have paid magazines subscription

I would like to know if I can get on line people magazine if I have paid magazines subscription I have an iPhone 6 and a mini iPad 2

To sync your library , you need to have on both iPhone 6 and iPad 2 , same iCloud account.

Go to the News app on your iPhone 6, if available in your area, select the search option at the bottom of the screen, enter "People" and then select "People" underneath "Top Hit". Select the "Already A Subscriber" option.
