I hit download on a website. Of a workbook. Where did my download go? I cannot find it.

It is a class i am taking onlinwe and they say stop the video now and hit down load of the work book. I see the little bar moving accross the screen so it downloaded. But nothing opens up nd i dont know where else to look for it.
