    Hi when i go to login with my apple id on iCloud.com or id.apple.com i keep getting a message saying "Failed to verify your identity"

    What is going on Please Help

    I don't know, but I'm getting the same error message when I try logging in via my iPhone in desktop mode.

    Have you changed any of your Apple ID? Make sure you entered your email address and password correctly. Do you use 2 step verification?

    yeah i called apple support. they were doing maintenance on their servers. its back up and running now. thanks guys
