I accidently added my debit card to my passport and it stuck because it needs verified by the bank. I want to delete but it will not let me. Do I have to confirm with bank and go from there.

Tap on the Wallet app, select your debit card therein, tap on the circled i at the bottom right corner of the screen, scroll down to the bottom and then select "Remove Card".
