bootcamp partition became invisible

I

iMore Question

First, here are the steps I have made until now.
1. I had windows 10 running on my MacBook Pro (mid 2012) as bootcamp.
2. Using DiskUtility.app on MacOS, I diminished MacOS partition 600GB to 400GB. (I wanted more space for Windows - 150GB to 350GB) and made another partition of 200GB.
3. Windows could not boot said "no bootable device found".
4. Returned to MacOS DiskUtility.app and changed the partition size back by deleting the newly made partition. (at this point I could see files on Windows partition from MacOS by Finder.app)
5. Still Windows did not boot. I found this post and followed the instruction; [please see the comment below]
6. Although I did everything correctly as it said, some command did not seem to be working. (Except one mistake that this instruction was not meant for me. He resized the partition from Windows but I did from Mac.)
7. Returned to MacOS DiskUtility.app and I was no longer able to even see the Windows partition. (the partition size of Mac is the same 600GB. )

How to make the windows work again without reinstalling everything?
If that is not possible, how to rescue files from the windows partition?

thank you,
