My photos are being shuffled around

IOS is reorganizing my pictures in hugely annoying manner. I want to keep them in certain folders and am perfectly happy to do so. Is there somehow a way how to stop IOS to generate "memories" or "people" or "locations".
I do not have a problem if some people want to use these properties but I'd like to have an opportunity to choose not to do so.

I almost feel like after every new sw update I more and more need to get rid of Apple's products.

'My albums' should be under the 'people' and 'locations' etc. I don't think you can remove those without jailbreaking.

You just have to ignore the albums you don't care about. They don't force you to view them.
