Itunes says it cant find my music file when I try to import from pc

Please help! I have (or I think I have) imported my music from my pc into itunes. HOWEVER, when I try to play the song, I get an error that tells me that the song cannot be used because the original file cannot be found. What have I done wrong. Every place I have tried tells me to go to file...add folder to library...and viola. Except Voila never really happens. It looks like its there but nope. says it cant find it. Can someone help me? Using Windows 10 on my laptop and super super frustrated. Thanks Anyone!

What happens when you delete the song with the ! next to it, cmd / ctrl + O to locate the file and then add it to your library? It should appear in recently added.
