Why will Photos on my mac not update like my iOS devices

my photo library updates on my iOS devices "Updated Just Now" appears but on mac it says "Last updated at 21:54 and wont change til an "Updated just now" status like my iPhone and iPad and photos on iCloud.com. My iOS devices and iCloud.com update to the current time but my mac seems to be stuck on the last update at 21:54 but wont change

Any Idea why. (Ive done a repair of the library but no luck)

Reboot your computer and see if it changes.

It seems to be working now i repaired the photo library. Hopefully it wont glitch again. hopefully will stay working
