How can one fully hide pictures on an iPhone 6?

I know it's possible to hide a picture on my iPhone 6; however, I also know that even though the picture goes into a "hidden" folder, it still remains in my camera roll. What kind of hiding is that?!

Friends with Android phones have apps that totally hide securely any pictures they want to hide. No pictures are still saved on their phones. I searched online for similar apps for iPhone and came up with very limited and unsatisfactory alternatives.

If you're that concerned about having a photo on your phone then don't keep it in iCloud at all. Use another app like Dropbox, google photos or something and keep the photo there

I upload my photos to Box. It offers Touch ID. On the 6, you would need to log in and out with your password or use a passcode you can enable in the App.
