    We did all process plug in to computer and sync all data from 5s with iTunes and when we removed it and plug in 7 plus it gaved us the notice that you can not restore bcs software is old you have to do first az set up new phone and then restore but after we did this it wasn't possible to restore it what we have to do now?

    Hey, first update your Iphone 5s with the latest software, then sync it with your computers to get the data on iTunes. After you are done with it make sure your iphone 7 is also updated, you can connect your new device and restore the data.
