    Hi, welcome to iMore.

    When you're taking a photo, iOS will put the Date & Time in it and sort it on date in the Photos app

    I use ACDSee to add Date & Time for older photos without EXIF information.

    As for geotagging photos, I have no idea how to add the coordinates.
