You can't. There is no password recovery for back ups.

If you could recover the password there would be no benefit to encrypting the backup in the first place so sadly if you can't remember the password I'm afraid that backup is unusable for you.

I can understand your frustration but that password is the key to the security to its crucial to the whole securely encrypted backup that you can't get it back otherwise anyone could potentially hack your backup.
