I bought my son a Fitbit watch and the strap has broken what can be done?

I bought it for xmas so it is 13 months ago it still under warranty or is it only 12 months

Fitbit has a standard 1 year warranty except in Europe where a 2 year warranty is mandated by law. So unless you are in Europe you may be out of luck. THAT being said, they may offer out of warranty repair, or special circumstance/good will coverage, OR they may sell replacement bands for a reasonable cost. I encourage you to contact them....
