Is there something wrong with my Apple Watch?

I went to the Apple Store to swap out an Apple Watch for a new color, when I put the Watch up to my ear I can hear the slightest ringing sound I just wanna know if this is the electronics inside or there is something wrong. Again the sound is super quiet.

I don't hear anything when I place my watch to my ear. Having said that, your hearing may be better than mine. Other than the "super quiet" ringing sound, is the Watch working as it should?

I contacted Apple they said it is normal to hear a very quiet humming sound when placed by your ear so I have nothing to worry about!
