Please Help- What is sm1.3.2.bin in my All Files folder?

Hi,

I have a MacBook Pro (fairly new about 3 months old).

Lately I have noticed there is a file called sm1.3.2.bin in the All My Files.

I have never made a document named that, and it is not a document at all, but a bin file with a zipper on it.

I have never downloaded anything from the internet, just the App Store with the sole exception being (AppCleaner)

I have deleted it, but it comes right back.

Could someone tell me what this is??
