hi there,
I'm currently trying to relocate iTunes too external hard drive, all is going well until i come to step 3. it won't allow me to further proceed I've been here hour trying to sort it to no avail please help? it mentions to hold down option key as-well as launch iTunes simultaneously yet nothing comes up

Are you doing this on Mac? I'm pretty sure this only works when trying to install it using Windows.
