Any way to remove multiple instances of same Apple Watch listed under Apple Health sources?

I've had to re-pair my Apple Watch twice. Now, under 'Apple Health - Sources', the same watch shows up 3 times ("JOHN's Apple Watch"). I can go in and "Delete All Data from John's Apple Watch", but I don't want to lose that workout data. Any way I can keep that data, but lose the multiple instances of the same Watch listed 3 times under Apple Health Sources? My watch has a bug so I'm having it replaced, and I don't want 4 watches listed there if I can help it. Thanks!

That's a good question. I'm not sure that you can combine or consolidate the data. There's certain aspects of data you can add manually, but I don't think all the data you've collected can be inputted.
