Why is my iPhone 6plus constantly buffering?

My iPhone 6 Plus is constantly stuck on buffering when I watch Netflix or u tube and even when I'm on Facebook . Please help

Welcome to iMore! Is your wifi or cellular signal strong? A weak signal can cause that. Reboot your wifi modem/router. Check with your wifi provider and see if they're having issues. Also try a hard reset.
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
