Hi. My 6 of update to 10.2.1 loudspeaker does not play clean. You hear distorted sound. how to fix?

That is an odd issue. I would try to back up the device then restore it as new. See if that fixes the issue, if it does then restore from your backup and see if the issue is back. If it is back it could be the app you are using to listen with.

I did restore and replace loudspeaker. Zero improvement.
