    my springboard crashes on iPhone 7 running ios 10.1 and it is jailbroken. I just got the phone today.

    If it's a new phone, try restoring it. Use the method below and iTunes will download and install a fresh copy of iOS from Apple.


    EDIT: I read "jailbroken" as "not jailbroken" so in that case ... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    From what I remember about jailbreaking, if your Springboard is continually crashing it's probably because you've installed a tweak that either hasn't been update or is somehow conflicting with a different tweak. Try uninstalling you tweaks, starting with the most recent, and see which one is the culprit. Also, I believe there's a tweak (or at least there was...CrashReporter or something like that) that will tell you the cause of Springboard crashes.
